The Nauset School System Reopening Unofficial Guide
Nauset’s first day of school will be September 16th. Both remote or In-person instruction will be implemented. All students will be issued an iPad. Parents and students need to become familiar with the technology platforms used by the schools. Training sessions will be offered to parents. Extensive safety protocols and cleanliness standards will be followed with including reconfiguration of classrooms.

When a bloom occurs it can lead to oxygen depletion when the algae dies and starts to decompose the decomposition process consumes large amounts of oxygen. A bloom is not a desirable outcome and it is why monitoring and controlling the nutrient levels in the water is critical to the long term health of a water body.
